Abstract:IThis speech explores the transformative potential of Generative AI (GAI) acrossvarious domains. Firstly, we examine the use of Large Language Models (LLMs) inrepeated games to develop practical strategies aligning with the folk theorem’sequilibrium conditions, enhancing cooperative behavior through future payoffconsiderations. Secondly, we address low-light image enhancement inteleoperation using diffusion-based AI-generated content (AIGC) models. A VisionLanguage Model (VLM)-empowered contract theory framework optimizes AIGCtask allocation and pricing under information asymmetry, improving resourcemanagement for teleoperators and edge servers. In the realm of autonomousdriving, we integrate Federated Learning (FL) with Vision-language models (VLMs)in Graph Visual Question Answering (GVQA), highlighting advancements inprivacy preservation, reduced communication costs, and maintained modelperformance. Lastly, an LLM-based semantic communication (SC) framework forunderwater communication is presented, demonstrating efficient data transmissionand resilience against noise and signal loss by performing semantic compressionand prioritization of image data. These innovations collectively illustrate the broadimpact of AI technologies, shaping strategies, and enhancing applications acrossvarious fields.
